Golden Cactus Media began in Brooklyn, New York under the name Next Stop Studios, where we built our foundation in cinematic storytelling and modern, high-quality production work. After expanding our vision and evolving our brand, we moved our operations to Scottsdale, Arizona, where we continue to serve businesses, brands, and artists throughout the Valley and surrounding areas.
Operating as Golden Cactus Media (DBA), and legally registered in Arizona as Next Stop Studios LLC, our studio brings a blend of New York creativity and Arizona production excellence. We specialize in clean, cinematic visuals that help clients communicate clearly, elevate their brand, and make a lasting impact.

Meet the Founder — Anthony Umina
With over 14 years of experience in filmmaking, directing, cinematography, and post-production, Anthony Umina leads Golden Cactus Media with a rare blend of creative vision and technical expertise. Anthony began his career in Brooklyn, New York, where he founded Next Stop Studios and built a strong foundation producing commercials, music videos, films, and branded content for major fashion brands, national companies, and public figures. After expanding his work through Austin and New York's production hubs, he relocated to Scottsdale, Arizona, where he continues to elevate businesses and artists through polished, modern, cinematic storytelling.
As a director, cinematographer, line producer, and lead editor, Anthony has managed full productions—budgets, crews, schedules, and creative—while delivering visuals that exceed client expectations and support real marketing goals. His background includes an AAS degree in Motion Picture/Television Production, a Film Production Certificate, and an additional AAS degree in Business Administration, giving him both the creative and operational backbone of a true production leader. His work also includes a feature film available on Amazon Prime, extensive commercial campaigns, and over a decade of event and wedding filmmaking.
